GoCompletions® 2016A Online Help
GoCompletions® is a web based application. To get access, contact your project Focal Point if you are a Base or Data Admin user. If you are a Focal Point, contact qedi software support at support@qed-i.com. You will receive an email from qedi software support with your username and temporary password.
To log into GoCompletions®, do the following:
1. Click
the web link provided. 2. In the User Name field, type your user name. 3. In the Password field, type your password. 4. Click
Log In. |
When you log in for the first time, with the username and password provided by qedi software support, the first screen that appears is the Change Password page. You can change your password on this page.
As you type in the Password field, black dots (●) appear instead of the characters typed. Passwords must be at least 8 characters long, must include numbers and a mix of uppercase and lowercase characters.
Select this option to save your GoCompletions® username for the next session. The next time you log in using the same computer, you will only need to type the password as the username is shown by default.
If you see the following screen when you log in, this could be because your GoCompletions® account has not been given access to a project yet. Contact your Focal Point for further assistance.
GoTechnology® Hub accounts that have not been used for 90 days become inactive, and therefore get locked. Contact qedi software support to get an account unlocked.
GoTechnology® Hub passwords expire in 90 days. Therefore, passwords must be changed at least once every 90 days. You can change your password on the Change Password page.
Note - To reset a password or unlock an account, qedi software support will seek permission from the project Focal Point.
To log out, click Logout under the UserCP menu. This is will return you to the GoCompletions® Login page.
