To view on screen Skyline Reports, on the Completions menu click Skyline. The following reports appear on-screen depending on the type of project:
· Sub System Skyline Report for Greenfield projects
· Secondary Handover Skyline Report for Brownfield projects
The Skyline Reports Main page looks like this:
The report page consists of the Skyline boxes, a Details table below the Skyline boxes and a menu bar.
Along the bottom of the Skyline Report is the Details Table that gives counts of the Skyline by each planned date. All the counts are given in the format of (X of Y) with X being the number of items complete and Y being the total number of items to be completed.
Total |
Count of Planned Items that are due and have been successfully completed for this week. |
Accumulative |
Count of Planned Items that are due and have been successfully completed up to and including this week. |
ITRs/Certs |
Count of all the ITRs Completed and Due for this week. |
ITR Accumulative |
Count of all the ITRs Completed and Due up till and including this week. |
The menu bar features three clickable links. The left hand side is the < Home link takes you to the GoTechnology® Hub Home Page. On the right hand side is both the Print to PDF button and the Show Options/Hide Options link
Clicking the Show Options/Hide Options link will show or hide the Options dialog in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
Class - Clicking any option allows you to view certification counts based on certification class. Select specific classes of certification or All to view Skyline Reports based on certification criteria.
Handover Certificates - This option allows you to view Skyline Reports by the selected Handover Certificates. When you select this option any Completed Handovers are shown in blue on the Skyline Report.
Font Size (Boxes) - Type in this field to change the font size of the text in the boxes.
Progress Direction - Select either option to change the direction of the progress fill applied to each Skyline box. By default the orange progress fill goes from the bottom to the top, but this can be changed to be instead applied from left to right.
Box Size (Width By Height) - Type the size in these boxes to change the height of the Skyline Boxes. By default these are 100 pixels by 100 pixels but they can be made larger or smaller to meet the project requirements.
Note - The font size, progress direction and box sizes are saved in your browsers memory and the page will be displayed as per this selection every time you visit it.
