Using Global Update

This feature allows you to change a large number of tag data at once without having to use an import. Users make this change at one place and it is reflected throughout GoCompletions®.

To globally update any data for example, updating the Sub systems on a group of tags, do the following:

1. On the Completions menu, click Global Update.

2. Search for the item to be updated.

3. On the Search Results page, select the tags to be updated.

4. Click Update.
The Global Update page appears as follows.

5. Select the Sub Systems to be added to the tags as shown in the above image.

6. Click Update Tags.
The tags are updated with the Sub Systems.
